Is there a big difference from eating standard cooked eggs compared to microwaved eggs? I read an article that the radiation from microwaving food kills alot of the nutrients in the food.

I am eating the eggs for protein, so is some of the protein lost when it is microwaved?

i make scrambled eggs in the microwave every once in a while. I put three or four eggs in a bowl, pour in a little bit of milk and some spices. Cook for 2:30 and stir it every 30 seconds. when it's done fluff it with a fork.
