Anyone having problems with Silverlight after you install it? I've tried installing it twice in the past (along with 1 more optional update) on vista and my computer always froze. So, what I was wondering is if anyone else had their computer freeze after silverlight was installed? If not, then I know it is the other update.

Nevermind now. Installed the update and nothing seems to be wrong with my computer :) Guess it's the other update for my phone connection.

um, it's not even the same type of thing.

silverlight is NOT a theme. It's a competiting product to things like Adobe Flash and AIR.

I love royale noir. I use the blue theme on mine. I've used that since I saw it posted in ot a year or so ago.

well i have vista and installed silverlight i guess during a windows update or something not thinking much of it. then at work we have some IP cameras that are accessible through a web interface but whenever i accessed them I got a "Bad Request" error in IE7. I couldn't figure out what the issue was for the life of me (because silverlight was installed probably a month earlier and i didn't use this cams frequently) but it turned out uninstalling silverlight fixed the problem.

the ip cams interface didn't even use silverlight yet still caused compatibility issues somehow, so for this reason unless you need silverlight for something i would recommend not installing it. who knows what else it might break.
