    Quick question.

I installed a new primary HD for a friend. I want to import his old mail and address book from the old HD into Outlook 2003 on the new installation. How do I do this?

Create a PST (Personal folder...if not done already) and burn it to a CD or transfer it however you want to the new HD and import it into Outlook.

It's under file/ data file management (i think)

...or something like that, anyway. Copy that file onto his new HDD and import it into his new Outlook account through the Email Accounts window. Or whatever that window is called. I use Mozilla, but this is still the right way to copy Outlook email.
