I have left town for a few weeks, and I detailed my car before I left. I didn't get a chance to wash my MF towels, so they will basically be sitting there, dirty until I return. Am I damaging the towels by allowing the gunk and junk to set in? If so, I can problaby have somebody wash them. Thanks

I usually try to wash mine as soon as I can. However, waiting a few days, IMO, will not kill them. Just wash them with warm water, detergent, and an extra rinse, and you should be fine.

You should be fine. Sometimes, I wait almost 2 weeks before washing mine.

The only towel I have ever really had a problem with is one I had used 3m SMR for dark cars, and left it sit for about 2 weeks. It still has the grey stains in it. But I still keep it. It is at the bottom of the pile!

I have so many they often sit for a month. Never had a problem with them.
