If you haven't checked out Forest of Fog you should. It's Ivo's (who is now in Eluveitie) one man project. It's very similar to Dissection, Dawn, and Sacramentum and is great. Would you agree that the quality sounds nowhere near 192 cbr on this Eluveitei release? I think it was falsely reencoded or something.

Just downloaded and listened to the album. It sounds pretty good, but yes, the quality doesn't seem quite like 192. Although I did listen to it on my laptop which has shitty speakers, so it's hard to tell.

Might have to look into Forest of Fog soon too.

electronic folk? :ugh: they use real bagpipes, hurdy gurdy, tin whistle, bombard, fiddle etc, but nice try. and if you don't like the vocals why are you listening to Melodic Death Metal? Sounds to me like you don't know much about metal at all.
