metabolism too fast?

    ok so i just got on syntrax nectar protein but it seems like im just shitting it all out. i go everyday now. i only take at most 2 scoops a day (usually just one). the thing is i see people on here taking like 5-6 shakes a day, i dont get it.

    should i take less protein?

    oh yea im one of those skinny asian dudes if that matters any. (we have fast metabolism?)

    You're asking if you have a fast metabolism because you take 2 scoops of fucking nectar whey? What's that have, like 130 calories per scoop? What a fucking joke.

    im saying when i take the protein it makes me shit... so im basically its just a waste cause my body cant hold it in and use it

    no dumbass, it gets absorbed into your body. you need to be eating like 5-6000 cals a day, with like 60/30/30 carb/protein/fat ratio

    So do you actually see yourself shitting the protein out or is it just shit that you're shitting out and you have no real clue if its the protein or not

    cause the stuff you say doesnt make too much sense. the protein is not getting shit out undigested.

    eat 5-6k cals a day as outlined above, and you'll gain.

    i shit at least 3-4 times a day. if you dont shit every day, you need to be getting more fiber. thats true for everyone, not just people looking to bulk up

    Well said. I was 6'3 135 when I started, 6'3 180 now and still gaining. I manned up and started eating 3500, then 4500, then 5500-6000 cals a day.

    FYI, I take about 3-4 solid shits a day.

    if you shit the protein powder out right after you drink it then you could be lactose intolerant. that is, if your protein is whey protein and/or has other milk products. you shouldnt shit it out immediately. if this is the case, try egg protein or whey protein isolate
