This fucking kid insists that 3 big meals is better than 7 because "constant food in my body will speed up my metabolism". Now I know that there is no way you can get bigger eating 3 meals over 7, but can you clear this up for me?

and thanks to whoever suggested the superset of

    12 reps rear raise
    12 reps lat raise
    12 reps front raise

    really good shit

To be honest I'm not the brightest guy so I'm not sure. I'm just hoping one of you can clear this up for me because he's such a smug bastard. He seemed ecstatic that he squated 30 more pounds than me, meanwhile he does them with the bar on the track. Where it's a whole lot easier. I guarantee if he tried them on a real squat rack with just a bar he wouldn't be able to do it

i think the point his friend is trying to make is.... 6-7 meals will speed up his metabolism and will burn too many calories, thus 3 bigger meals will help him have better gains.

    sounds dumb :hs:

Everywhere I read says "You aren't eating enough". I aim for over 4k calories a day
