Metabolism is out of whack.

    Ever since I changed my eating habbit and dropped off alot of wegiht it seems like I never shit anymore. I think my body is in a survival mode and storing all the food I eat. Do any of you guys get this probelm while cutting?


    Should I just start taking laxatives? Im a man who loves those big shits that feel like it just clears your insides. :bigthumb:

    Eat more leafy greens ideally since they have both fiber and micronutrients that you want. Otherwise, sugar-free citrucel or something similar should work. Throw a few tbsp in your drink and you'll harldy notice it.

    Josh come to my house and I'll pull the old Ron White trick and use my garden hose to pump hot water into your ass...it'll clear you right out

    Anyways, you can take fiber pills, or you could eat some spinach / salads throughout the day...walnuts also have a good bit of fiber and healthy fats. Low carb tortillas are also loaded with fiber, just a thought.

    Water definitely helps...whenever I want to take a big gaping dump I just drink a big glass of that shit.

    I don't think not pooping has to do with your metabolism. do you feel constipated?

    No not at all, I just dont have the urge to poop.

    The biggest probelm im seeing is that im not a fan of leafy veggies. But im seeing fruit is also a good source for fiber so ill work that into my day alot more now. Probaly pick up some supplements next time I head out aswell.

    As soon as I get to my target weight 170, im most likely going to create a log for the clean bulk. At the moment im not really in a routine besides the loads of cardio I do. I just eat alot cleaner, low carb.

    I really wouldn't be too worried then unless you're not taking in enough fiber at all. Fiber is great because it makes you full. Not everyone poops everyday and there is nothing wrong with you if you don't.

    Yeah I usually shit twice a day, or atleast once. Ive shit once in the past three days
