    Has anyone ever done these? I noticed the vid was on ngs so i grabbed it, it seems pretty good, the thing that i like the most is the short amount of time required which means i have time to do other shit. Just wondering if any of you guys have ever messed with it? Thoughts??

    ...taken from HEAVY DUTY II. Im sorry but IMO this is the dumbest fucking routine I have ever come across hands down. Maybe this would work for some very, very experienced lifters with great mind/muscle connection and AAS assistance but for the vast majority of others i think this is total nonsense.

    they are heavily relieant on negatives and statics aswell though which that doesnt mention, and its only one set aimed at exhaustion and ending at failure

    the amount of rest days is perposterous though, 16 days between each chest session

    For those who don't know you only do like 4 sets except you only do 3 reps max at a 20:20 ratio. Sounds extremely hard.

    Mentzer tried to say Dorian Yates used the program, when they asked Yates he denied it.
