I have a nice slice of sweet potato pie for snacking today.

fuck the ratings, tell me that pic doesn't make you hungry
If that burrito is comparable to Qdoba's it's not that bad... I used to eat that 2x week and stayed under 11-12% bf.
Men's Health 20 "Best Powerlifter foods in America"
I just ate meal 2, then looked at this, and now I'm hungry
I eat these all the time.
10 of those are my cutting meals.
why dont they post teh proteinz?
and by worst they mean tastiest, am I rite?
damn, now I am hungry
I can't take it, this link is making me sooo hungry
Nothing on that list really surprised me other than the McDonald's Chicken Strips.
This is why I always prefer to cook my own meals. When you go out you have no fucking clue what is going into your food. There are so many times I will "guestimate" the fat/carbs/cals in a meal I eat out and then when I look it up online it ends up being way worse than I had thought.
When you cook your own food (whether it's an omlette and oatmeal, or as complex as a huge steak dinner with 3 sides) you know what is going into it and have control over the macros.
That being said, I am very surprised nothing from The Cheesecake Factory made that list. That place is fucking awesome.
not too surprised... reason why i rarely eat out. especially at chain spots.
What idiots...I eat the Chipotle burrito all the time.
Yeah its a lot of calories but it's fucking HUGE, of course it has a shit ton of calories. It also has like 65g+ of protein in it if I remember right.
All of those foods look delicious.
no way man, calories are the only thing that matters. It doesnt matter how much protein there is, or fat for that matter, only how many calories. It doesnt matter if its just a gob of lard, so long as its less than 100 calories.
I have 2-scoops of protein and 4 whole-wheat crackers post-workout dinner.
There are two ways to make a Chipotle burrito healthy enough to eat:
(1) 86 the rice and tortilla and request your meat, vegetables, and beans served in a bowl, or
(2) Bring a friend and saw the burrito in half.
I get the feeling the Chipotle burrito is just filled with every ingredient available, including: sour cream, cheese, black beans, etc. I've calculated ways to create grilled chicken burritos at Chipotle that make it <800 calories. Even easier is to make a burrito bowl the same way. Simplest options include: nix the black beans, and skip sour cream and cheese.
Holy shit that Chipolte burrito looks good.
Genetics are a bitch, I could eat that stuff for months and probably only gain a pound or two of fat. My buddy on the other hand could eat it for a week and put on 15lbs in the gut
i loathe you~
why would you avoid eating beans? they are bangin if you make them right and have tons of fiber. Better than rice.
I do burrito bowls at home all the time with: beans (black, refried, pinto), ground turkey or shredded chicken, pico de gallo, chili sauce, avocado, and a little cottage cheese.
Good to know about the Chicken Fajita Pita @ Chili's...I used to get it quite a bit. Now I will even more.
