    OT Crash Course on Posting

Post in colours that contrast with the background, which is almost always the default text colour of the forum skin

The chicken I get comes in a bag.

Men's Health is good but publishes the SAME FUCKING shit over and over.

MH is hardly a magazine dedicated to strength/muscle gain.

It's an overall men's lifestyle magazine, moreso about healthy food/nutrition choices and emotional/dedication/sexual lifestyle advice than strength.

They have some decent exercises, but I like it for a pretty brief synopsis of recent nutritional/medical findings and just to keep me thinking forward about nutrition in general.

It sucks to read if you just wanna get big.

even so, you can still only have so many articles on ways to stay fit, you know what i'm saying? every once in a while there are new findings and such, but for the most part i don't really think you can blame the mag

Oh I agree. And not everybody has read every back issue. I'm sure they have surges of members during certain times of the year and need to update them.

But being a subscriber for 6 or so years now it doesn't take me long to read through a new issue because I've already read a lot of it.

Bro you should know by now that I tell companies what's up and get shit when I want it, how I want it, and at what price.

MH has a fucking line for me in their fixed costs. And because they comply, I keep them cash flows free nah mean.

Men's health is a shitty magazine full of shitty articles and crappy advice.

Like the diet plan above. What a vauge, unhelpfull, and utterly obvious bit of pointless information.

    I don't see how it's so unuseful.

Justin Harris (high level bb and diet prep guru for bb competitors and regular folks) doesn't think that anything special (including counting calories and macros) is needed unless you are trying to get below 12-13%. He basically says eat less food, eat whole food with each meal having a complex carbohydrate, a lean protein source, and a healthy fat, do cardio and lift weights hard.

It's useful for guy that doesn't know anything about basic nutrition. Don't get me wrong, I've read my fair share of MH but they just recycle mostly the same stuff in their main articles in the magazine. :dunno:

Yes but what you fail to get is that to achieve a body 99.99% of population would want you don't need complicated nutrition. Plenty of BB nutrition guru's have said that to reach 12% you don't need to do shit complicated. To reach below that you may need to have an actual well thought out plan.

You also need to remember that you could write an article that would take probably 10 pages that would give 99.99% of the world ALL the knowledge they need to accomplish any given goal they have. So companies have 2 choices: 1) re-hash the same shit with a different name 2) just rehash the same shit over and over without giving it a different name.
