memphis is the best flea market grade stuff you can get... they keep the line clean, and are trying to make it a legit company.

the only functioning memphis subs and amps i've seen... were the ones the rep. brought us to check out. every memphis sub that has come through our door is crunchy... and every memphis amp would fry speakers as soon as they powered up. back when arthur fulmer had fultron it was a flea market brand, and now that jr. has it... he's atleast started making a the memphis name legit, by keeping a clean line.... sadly though my only expirence with memphis, is they make great boat anchors.

lol....sad to hear. one of my installers competed w/ memphis equipment. 2 15" mojos in a festva. i don't recall the numbers, so don't ask. but he was at finals in dB Drag.
I haven't had to many bad experiences with memphis audio, and know a few folks that swear by them. another of my installers uses memphis amps in his SPL setup and he's consistently busting 150s.

I considered a Belle for my current setup (big, single amp setup) but alas, I ended up proving I'm a PowerClass whore again :hs:
