Meguiars Scratch X + NXT liquid wax?

    Good on red paint?

Anything else need to be done before or after? My paint's not looking as good as it once did. :hs:

Pics? What type of problems do you feel you have? What about claying?

You would be better off using Meguiars #9 or Color X to polish prior to applying NXT anyway.

This is probably the best picture I have of the finish right now. It's not horrible, but there are plenty of swirl marks and some minor surface scratches.

This was about 30,000 miles ago, the paint was perfect.

Looks like someone uses a wool mit.

Pop for a Porter Cable and pads. You have a Vette, you can afford it. Red is insane when you do it right.

Read through the post by D_Nice, lots of suggestions in there.

NXT topped with #26 is real nice on red if you wanna go the Meguiars route.
If not, plenty of other products that are good on red.

Definitely go with the PC, though. It's more worthwhile than any particular product.

I agree, #26 flat out rocks on red paint. :)
