Meguiar's #16 or S100 on Icelandic Pearl Paint

    2003 Maxima. which looks better?

    i used ex-p last time and wasn't thrilled with the finish. i'm gonna use wax this time.

    Probably look pretty similar, #16 will last longer.

    #16. I think S100 does a better job on dark colors than lighter ones, but #16 is the opposite.

    it depends on the color of the paint. My experience with S100 is that it leaves a very glossy, shiney look to dark paint, but with not much depth. It also doesn't last that long if the car doesn't sit in a garage or is driven a lot.

    However when I use #16, I notice a lot more depth and reflection, but less glossiness. It also lasts significantly longer.

    i ended up using s100...love the gloss, but the shine lasted my like 1 week or so :mamoru:

    i guess #16 next time.

    oh hell yeah. the front bumper was a little "weather beaten" but i used optimum polish and worked that bitch into it. :bowdown: it looks like brand new now.
