    Scott or to anyone else....

When should these 2 products be used and how?

If any of you have pics or testimonies (horror tales too!), let me know!

Both are pretty aggressive. #2 used to be rotary only but has been reformulated for PC use as well, but I think #1 and #4 are still rotary only since the abrasives in them require the heat of a rotary to fully break them down. They may work with a Cyclo as well since it generates more heat than a PC.

#2 is a little more aggressive than DACP, #1 and #4 are in the Diamond Cut range.

    Ok makes sense.
How would I know how to look for the new formula of #2?
When would you use it Scott?

The new formula has probably replaced all the old but if the bottle says "for rotary use only" it is the old version.

I haven't used either in a long time so I really can't advise you specifically when to use it.
