    wrists dont really grow with weight gain .. there's not much muscle or fat (unless you're obese) around them.. i'm destined to have baby wrists fo' life.

    and i don't know wtf happened in this pic, but my delt seems a bit oversized for some reason :dunno:

    maybe it's cuz it's taken with my camera phone -- my nikon is currently broken and on its way to nikon's repair center :rl:
    [IMG]

    edit: bigger version.. wtf, looks like someone else's arm is super imposed on me :rofl:

    [IMG]

    bigger @ shorter != better..

    bigger @ taller = better

    read: 16.5 @ 5'8 < 16.5 @ 6'2

    yours might look bigger, but a dude that still has almost 17" arms and they are long and huge has a whole lot more muscle

    of course bigger @ shorter is better, at least from a bodybuilding perspective. cause i look bigger.

    some taller guys have bigger arms than i do before they even start lifting.

    i'd rather be taller though. taller guys may have a harder time looking as big, but they can keep getting bigger; i can't get any taller :wtc:

    yeah... and if you work as hard while being tall, as you do while short -- the results are much more impressive, IMO..

    but being short is nice because you dont have to work as hard to be as big..

    ups and downs for each

    yeah, most people agree that its the best they've used.. highest quality raw materials = highest quality final product :bigthumb:

    i wanna see what Cyrus the Virus has to say about it.. he got some, too.. and neo22 uses it, i think he's on his 4th or 5th bottle.
