today I have to drive to brooklyn, which is about a 1.5 hour trip, then hop on the R and take it up to manhattan for the dya, then go back to brooklyn, pick my son up, and drive back here. I'll be on the go from about 12:00pm to 10:00pm.

What's some ideas for food to pack with that I can eat without re-heating, or stuff I can buy while on the go?

I'm going to put some powder in my shaker, and add cold water later for my mid-day shake, so that's covered.

Lunch will be subway, so that's covered.

imo, subway is garbage. hit up something that gives u more meat. for packing food, i usually pack tuna in a can and put it into a ziplock. pack like 3 cans into a bag and munch on that throughout the day (bring gum). protein shakes like you said, maybe some peanuts.

i can never seem to find the tuna cans that you can peel open, I'll have to try a different store before I go.

I guess i can get some ANPB and make a sandwhich too.

I'm off to lift, if anyone has anymore ideas feel free to chip in.

the whole thing with putting the tuna in the bag is you do it at home where u have a can opener and then just bring the bag with you and a plastic spoon.

Quizno's may taste better, but if you are looking for a healthy/fast/decent meal on the go, you can not beat subway, shit I would willing to say a whataburger is about as healthy as a quiznos sub.
