I recently got an engineering office job and am having trouble getting nutrition in between the major meals. I'm used to eating about 5 equal sized meals a day, but because of the job I've had to ramp up lunch and shrink meals 2 and 4 down to a bar of some sort. Anyone have any recommendations for what I could do? Currently I'm eating Zone Perfect and Oh Yeah! bars that have too much sugar for my liking. If anyone could suggest a bar that has better nutritional breakdown feel free, taste is not important.
