I recently got an engineering office job and am having trouble getting nutrition in between the major meals. I'm used to eating about 5 equal sized meals a day, but because of the job I've had to ramp up lunch and shrink meals 2 and 4 down to a bar of some sort.

Anyone have any recommendations for what I could do? Currently I'm eating Zone Perfect and Oh Yeah! bars that have too much sugar for my liking. If anyone could suggest a bar that has better nutritional breakdown feel free, taste is not important.

I have an engineering desk job...

I make one of my meals something that has to be heated up and eat that around lunch time and the other ones I eat there are just stuff I can grab out of my cooler real quick and eat cold. Like a turkey sandwich or something.

Sometimes I pre-make 8 burritos and then just heat them up at the office when I want one. If you make them yourself you can make them pretty healthy.

I take one double serving of either tuna and rice or chicken and rice and then eat half at noon and half at 2 or 3.

I'm an engineer. It should be very easy for you to have as many meals per day as you'd like. People have coffee/donuts all day too.

less sugar, bout same calories, less fat and more protein... and all whey... east bout 1 of these a day - i love em... i would stay away from the fruit flavored ones, otherwise they actually taste like what they say (chocolate tastes like chocolate - smores taste like smores - pb tastes like pb - marshmallow pb is a lil more like sweetened pb - cookie dough tastes like cookie dough)

yeah i'm in manufacturing engineering, so i'm always on the floor/doing something. for some reason i'm never at my desk so a quick bar is just really convenient for the few seconds i'm actually there. i'll check out the pure protein ones, i think i've had smores and pb before.

Are Cliff bars good compared to other protein bars?
Would it be ideal to replace one of my meals with it also if I'm cutting?
(just found out I can get all kinds of protein bars for wholesale price... lol)
