Ok I'm 6'2" and 230lb. Was reading the sticky on routines and diets and I was going to start this routine next week. 10x3 for Fat Loss by Chad Waterbury- http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do...ydra?id=795366 I wanted to put together a weekly meal plan so that I know what I'm eating every week. Are there any sites that have sample meals and show approximate nutritional information. Or if anyone has any suggestion on meals to work with my workout routine I chose, that would be great.
