Ok, I have been working out for a while now, and this is the first time I am going to take any type of a supplement. I never eat breakfast, but everyone says that it would help out alot if I started to. So I went out to GNC and bought Mega MRP meal replacements. Anyone ever use this stuff? Or is anyone else on meal replacements?

Breakfast is not a meal that you should "replace"

    ^x2.

the good time to replace a meal with a bar or liquid is when you dont have time to cook/eat regularly.

is the Mega MRP a bar or liquid form? whats in it?

You could make your own stuff with protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter, and milk. That's what I usually do for breakfast since I'm always gonna be late for class
