i'm really focusing on getting my diet balanced. i really need a good meal replacement for in between breakfast and lunch and pre workout. I'd prefer something that isn't a powder and has to be mixed in a cup. It's hard enough trying to eat right while working all day, I dont have time to mix powdered drinks....unless it's worth it.:noes:

adding water to a cup and shaking it takes forever, let me know if you come across an alternative.

it you are REALLY REALLY lazy (which means lazier than me, because even i can deal with mixing up some powder with milk or water) then you can buy muscle milk RTD's in bulk. but you're going to spend a shitload more than if you just bought the powder.

if you want a meal replacement powder, you can get ergopharm mass meal for $20 each from bulknutrition.

Labrada has Lean body RTD shakes, as well as the EAS Myoplex brands.

the powders are going to really help you out, with an average of 42 grams of protein and about 4-10 carbs. its gonna help trim, and get you your vitamins.
