I'm looking for a nutritional-type meal replacement bar to eat in the morning since I don't eat a proper breakfast. I run 2-3 miles 3-4 times per week and lift lighter weights with longer sets to try and get a more toned/fit body type, so I'm looking for a bar that can supplement that. Any suggestions?
    TIA :wavey:

i think the Met-Rx Colossal bars are pretty damn good (32g protein too)

Apple Pie flavor was incredibly good

I think those are the bars I get too (chocolate chip and peanut butter kinds). Taste is pretty good, but I always need a lot of water to go along with it.
