Meal Plan help please?:)

    i guess this is a decent meal plan right now, i wanna bulk up a little but not to much since im always doing cardio for soccer.

    Breakfest
    1-2 cups of milk
    2 eggs
    6 eggwhites
    chopped up mushrooms, red peppers, green onions, and other veggies

    Snack
    apple
    almonds
    water

    Lunch
    2-3 tuna sandwiches
    water
    maybe something else

    Snack
    apple
    yogurt
    water

    Home from school
    tuna or tuna salad

    Dinner
    Chicken, beef, other meats
    shitload of veggies
    milk/water/red wine

    Snack
    fruit of some sort?
    2-3 bottles of water before bed



    Rate, please criticise and tell me if i should adjust anything for a little healthy bulking, will be hitting the gym as of next month

    in need of fishoil, protein, and multivitamins

    read the bodybuilding sticky and proportionately adjust the quantity of food based on how many cals u need to gain weight. the ratios of p/c/f are all pretty much worked out already.
