My job requires me to drive alot, and i work for very long hours. I usually end up just eating breakfast and lucnh with a late night dinner. I want to throw some more in between like smaller meals,but i dont have time to stop and do that. Anything i can buy to bring with me that has alot of calories to help with my weight management? Maybe some type of bar or drink I can make while im on the road. Currently I just take whey and work out about 4 days a week. But my weight is really hurting badly, 6'2" almost 170.
