This is the meal guideline in the sticky.

    DIET

    meal 1
    6 eggwhites 2 yolks
3/4 cup oatmeal water or 1% milk
    one scoop whey protein
    meal2
    can of tuna
    1/2 cup rice
    light italian dressing(olive oil)
    meal 3
    6-8oz chicken
    5oz sweet potato
    1/2 cup green beans
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    meal 4
    1 can of tuna
    1/2 cup rice
    light italian (olive oil)

    train

    meal 5

    2 scoops whey, 1 gatorade
    meal 6
    6-8oz sirloin or steak
large dinner salad with red wine vinegar/olive oil

I need to fit this around a 10am workout, not a 4pm. The 2 scoops whey and 1 gatoraide seems to be a specifically post work out meal. What else do I need to switch around? Thanks in advance for any helpful replies you guys can manage.

So you're able to assume it's a Post Workout Meal, but can't assume to take it POST WORKOUT?

Well I knew that was related to the workout time, but I didn't know if any of the other stuff was related. :ugh:

You can never ask a simple question around here.

I added a "what else" to help make my question easier to understand.

Nothing, eat the PWO meal after WO and eat the others like normal.

The only meal you should worry about changing around right now is the PostWO meal (gatorade and whey).

Keep it simple and you're golden.

Can I put something else in there besides steak at night? I don't have that kind of cash. The freaking chicken is expensive enough. :o

you can get stuff like bottom round at a decent price...not the best cut of steak and it's a bit tough...just marinate it over night and cook it rare...

I think I'm lean skinny? I'm not just skin and bones. Pictures in my training log.

Ground turkey is OK, cheap too, the frozen stuff is $1.50 for 1 lb rolls here. Ground beef is somewhat cheap depending on where ya go. There's some cheap fresh fish, again depending on where ya go to get it, being in SC I bet you get it cheaper then me here in the desert. Canned chicken isn't too bad either, you can mix that with just about anything you can mix tuna with.

The flavor isn't my thing. I'd rather have a bowl of ice cream.
