    Been lifting for a little over 5 years now. Use to be real anal about recording everything and go through phases where I do it. Figured this is as best as any place to record.

    I am weighing in right now at about 190. Waist is about 31-32 inches. I should get some pictures posted up but that would involve me having to load camera drivers.

    Anyways I was doing a 5 day split routine but started a couple weeks ago on the Westside for Skinny Bastards but added a another lower body day with repetition.

    Flat bench press
    warmup 12x135
    warmup 12x185
    10x225
    6x255
    5x255
    2x275

    floor dumbbell press palms in (first time ever doing these and I basically had the dumbbells pressed against each other and lifted up.
    50x12 (trying to figure it out)
    60x12
    70x10
    80x6

    superset lat pulldown with cable raise
    160x10/40x10
    175x8/40x10
    190x5/40x8 (hit a wall bad)
    175x6/40x10

    Zottoman curls (don't know if I was doing them right)
    35x9 for 3 sets.
