I really wish I could bulk better, but I'm constantly eating anything I can get my hands on as it is.

I only wish I could put on weight like that. I try to set realistic short term goals for myself. On my average day since I started I'll take in about 3500-4000 calories, and have cut cardio out completely.

I haven't been able to decide on long term goals which is why I'm doing short term. A few months ago I just wanted a beach body, but since I've been bulking I've fallen in love with my gains. My motivation for getting bigger is football next year, I'm still trying to figure out what my goals need to be for that.

That's what you consider bulking? I'm your weight at like 7 or 8 inches shorter than you and I'm still trying to bulk up to 205ish for starters, then see from there.

eat frequently and buy lots of food. 4000 calories ain't a damn thing. EFA's are your key to getting lots of calories in your diet (essensial fatty acids)

I have a hard time working out traps, I do smith and dumbell shrugs but can hardly ever get a good workout. I guess I do have to get them caught up.

what does ur program look like as of now. Post it, along with a days diet, i am interested to see what u do.
For shrugs,I usually get a bit of a forward lean going, not as much as a row, but a bit, and then pull my back/trtaps back. I can usually only do 10-12 with the 90s. Do u deadlift? :hsd:

My diet is a bit off this week because of march break, but typically...

Breakfast -- Eggs, turkey bacon or eggo waffles + coffee
    2 muffins at school
Lunch -- Pizza, chinese noodles or some form of fast food
Dinner -- Hearty serving of what my mom makes, pasta, sausages, chicken, beef.
Protein Shake, cottage cheese, fruits, 28g almonds before workout, oats sparatically, extra serving of left over dinner before bed.

March break has been more like
Breakfast -- (Bacon or eggs) and eggowaffles, couple cups of OJ, oats
    28g almonds before workout
Lunch -- Mcdonalds + extra sandwhich
    Protein Shake
Dinner -- Restaurant or same as normal day
Oats sparatically, cottage cheese, fruits, extra serving of left over dinner before bed.

I've never done deadlifts :hs:, wasn't even aware of what they were or that people did them until I started reading this forum. I've read up on them and seen diagrams of how to do them but am still unsure of form and everything. I learn best by seeing it done, unfortunately I've never seen anyone in the gym doing them. I was going to try it last time I was in but there weren't any trainers around so I just left it for another day.

diet looks ok, but there are no numbers as ro how many eggs or howmuch bacon, or what Mcdonalds stuff u are eating. You could probably stille at more at thoise sittings. Add some EFAs like said above, that could help too. As far as trainers go, i would just go in the gym and do em, deadlifts are not a mystery lift, go in, grab a bar, put it on the ground bend over, and lift it up. Do u workout with a friend, u obviously have a camera, so get someone to vid3eotape r form if u think it is that bad.
'dude u need some work on the trainign plan... Look up chris's routine, that seems like it would fit well with ur goals. Especialy since u are interested in the football thing. Maybee incoroporate some OL lifts like powercleans, or something else into it.

I found a container of omega-3,6,9 pills in my cupboard upstairs, brand new, is that what you are referring to by EFA? I do workout with a friend, and it's a webcam not a full camera so videos are a no-go. Could you provide a link to exercise demonstration for powercleans?

You have excellent potential man. Right now you need to learn the movements that will get you big.

Start doing: deadlifts/RDLs, bent-over BB rows, and squats. Don't rush to move heavy weight; take your time and make SURE your form is correct.

Once you have proper form, go heavy on these movements and keep eating everything in sight. You'll grow nicely.
