hey guys i need some input from some brolys. im 6'0 185. (im only 15 so go easy on me lol)
i know crap how do i get it bigger
what input do you want?
should i bulk up more or just stay where im at.
Well all i can see from your picture is that your upper chest and slacking behind
bulk to 240 and start powerlifting
do you just want to know my numbers on lifts or my actual lifting schedule
Eat everything. Even if it moves.
monday- bench 185x10 205x8 225x however many i can do then we usally end it by failure on 185
tuesday- shoulders- military front and behind 95x8 for like 3 sets then biceps and thats usally straight barbell on 95x8 for 3 sets and then hammer curls and such for a while
wensday- legs sqaut, leg press, lunges and deadlifts. i havents maxed on any legs workut in a while because of a knee thing but i think im around 300 on squat and thats parralell legs.
thursday- chest triceps
friday- a very long gruling circit that i hate doing
But what do you curl?
you're missing bicep curls. Get those and you should be good.
