You and me both. If you bulked and then dieted down you'd be a monster, if you got lean now you'd still be pretty beastlike.
Just out of curiosity, what kind of #'s are you putting up?
i'm scared to diet down, to be honest. I always wanted to just be big and bulky, never really cared much about being ripped. But it's near impossible attracting women like this, so I think its about that time.
Right now my #'s aren't too impressive
I don't really have a big 3, because I have scoliosis and throw my back out EVERY time I do a deadlift or barbell row.
I also haven't touched a barbell in a long time on bench press, but I put up 140's for 6 or 7 with dumbbells
The heaviest I take my squats when I do them is about 315, any more than that I can feel my back start to give. I'm more partial to lunges
I do about 18 pull ups with good form, I rack the average close grip cable row for about 10 clean... I shoulder press 120 lb. dumbbells for 8 right now. Any other #'s you're interested in?
