So i've been recovering from a partially torn mcl the past month or so.

My PT has mainly been focused on day to day exersizes, and have been doing a wonderful job. I have no problem walking, am squatting 300+, and can do anything with lateral movement without issue.

However, they haven't done anything specifically for goaltender, and I still feel pain and pressure when doing goaltender related movements. Especially lateral movements that put pressure on the inside of the knee.

So, I was wondering if any of you guys who have been through this have any exersizes or stretches specific to this, that I can use to build up the inside of my knee to it's past levels...

    Thanks in advance!

anyways, I'd stick with the leg extension exercises
the isometrics, SAQ's, DAQ's and eccentrics

I'm sure you've done most of those in PT though :o
