    ya or nay? I'm broke and they're a buck.

    this is the truth. Seems like a pretty cheap and easy way to get some chicken in my diet. Protein FTW

    If it's all you can get for lunch, eat it and adjust your macros accordingly the rest of the day :dunno:

    How does it affect you....in terms of alcohol tollerance and the following day?

    I'm planning to have my annual binge drinking in two weeks.

    Yep, I do stuff like that all the time. Friday mornings at the office are Panera Bagel days :drool: I eat bagels and then go only protein the rest of teh day.

    TF = Total fat


    If you are cutting it is really not that bad. Just make sure to stay under maintenence and do a little cardio. Just dont have one everyday.
