Anyone have any problems like this? I'm not sure how to solve it. When I'm plugged in, my wifi has no problems. But as soon as I switch to using the battery, the connection will drop at least once every couple of minutes. Hopefully someone figured out what the problem was and didn't have to send their mbp back in.

i had this problem, to fix it all i did was to take password protection off of my router and block ssid broadcasting, i don't know why but it worked

    try this...
remove your wireless network from your prefered list...
    log off/restart
add your wireless network back to your list...

    oddly, sometimes that helps...

Thanks guys I'll give it a shot.

The router is an WRT54GS reflashed with the latest version of DD-WRT.

My Apple Airport (the original 802.11b version) says right on it that it was actually made by Linksys... I've been using it for years without any issues.
