I discovered that if you push down on the right speaker panel about an inch below the power button, my macbook pro will go zap and turn off, even when it is on AC power.

It's a real pain in the ass because that's where my thumb naturally goes when I pick it up, lid open. If I give it a little squeeze the fucker shuts down without warning.

Does anyone else experience this? Should I get mad, or should I just say "oh well I guess I won't squeeze it there"? I'm a little disappointed here.

My MBP doesn't suffer this problem (just tried it). I'd make arrangements to have it repaired
