$40 includes some autocross training, and many practice sessions. You also get to drive pretty much any Mazda vehicles, play free video games, some other crap too.

Yeah you have time for about 1 practice session, which you will wait in line for 30-45min for.. and then wait in line 45-1hr to compete... this whole time you have spent < 5min in a car and never went above 30mph... yeah drive as fast as you can in a tight 1/4mile total autox track with at most a 20 ft straight away

Yeah its like an amusement park, you will wait in line hours for a 30 sec ride... the laps you do on the autoX track to complete will take 45 sec to complete.. you never get over 30mph and you will spend most of the time in line.
Your driving instruction is really watching a safety movie and then they have where you drive and hit the breaks real hard to feel ABS and a practice course which last year was a 45min wait in line to get to.

Its not worth it.. and if you autox a car with no torque.. you lose rev's and its over

You must have gone late in the day. I got there early, and only waited a max of 15 minutes in line for my 2nd timed run.

Mine was 7:20 :dunno: Maybe you just had more people show up, but we hardly had to wait in line at all.

This thing is definately a marketing plow, but if you've never had auto-x experience, or any kind of driving instruction, it's not bad for $40.
