Maybe I'm just a bitch but PWM's are a bitch to get down for me..

    After 2 scoops of waxy and a scoop of whey, I'm completely satisfied. I literally have to shove my entire PWM down my mouth. I usually eat a large sweet potato, with 8 oz's of some lean meat and 1 cup of fat free yogurt. Takes me like 20 minutes to eat it. :ugh: Anyone else have this problem?

    I'm usually pretty hungry after my workout. I have 1.5 scoops of whey and gatorade with a banana.

    Then about an 1hr after I'm pretty hungry.

    naw, whats the point if you're gonna eat food?

    weekdays i eat a supreme bar immediately post workout, weekends I go out for food.

    Might be because I eat after 15-20 minutes of taking my whey...

    Even when dieting I sometimes have problems eating my meals because I'd rather be eating pizzas/burgers/etc but I suck it up and choke it down. Cutting into small pieces and swallowing like a handful of pills with water helps. :dunno:

    same here i can smoke down a meal about 45 minutes to an hour after my workout.

    i devour everything in sight after my workout. how often before your workout do you eat? going into my routine i usually have a whey shake 1 hour gone and two scoops of white flood in my stomach, round an hour workout, could just be that i haven't had legit food in a while.

    Yea that def might have something to do with it.. I have a nice sized meal 2 hours before I work out and usually workout about 90 minutes.

    after PWO shake I usually sit down at the computer and surf online or play video games for a couple hours... I just want to relax and do nothing else. It's pretty shitty because I end up having to study and write for school until 2am often times since it gets put off. Making food is the same, I just don't want to get up and do it.

    i get mad horny after a hard lift...i just chug my whey, beat off then eat a boss meal around an hour later.

    I usually take in some whey & gatorade (or sugar if i'm out) and end up eating a solid meal about 30-45 minutes after that, otherwise yeah its a chore.

    Wouldn't oats with their fiber be kind of counter-productive in a post-workout shake? I was always under the impression oats slowed down absorption of protein because of the fiber content but I could be wrong.
