Well it looks like I havent been hitting this area as well as the rest in the past month or two of unorganized workouts. Because todays max lifting shoulders/traps has me all gittery now. I feel cracked out. But it was a hell of a workout and feels almost as satisfying as the squats earlier this week. So far im liking max-ot alot, i really feel like I've done somthing when i get home.
