I was thinking of going for my max bench, but I don't know exactly how I should approach it
example: if i should rest the day before, warmup exercises, etc

    any tips?

Make sure you slap your biceps first.

    This what I'd do:
    bar * 10
    95 * 10
    135 * 3
    165 * 1
    190 * 1
    205 * 1
    maybe 210

Minor adjustments either way but that's how I'd do it.

Your max is honestly around 210. Your workout seems similar to mine except ill throw in a few more reps then you but at the same weight. Like 185x10 and 205x7. My one max rep is 220, 3 months ago.

You do 205x7 but only max at 220?

Damn some of you do a lot of sets before your max. When I max I usually do 135lbs x 10, 185 x 8, then my max (usually around 320lbs or so), then maybe another set with 205lbs x 6-8 and a final set of pause-reps with 135lbs x 10.
