    They went up $20 I got mine for $199.

    Really? Local shops are wanting $279-$329 for them in what I would consider comporable condition.

    I like shooting my buddies WW1 Mauser, I really like the healthy kick and range of the 8MM Mauser round.

    Hey not bad. I'll have to add this to my list of rifles to look at.
    And I wouldn't mind owning a little German heritage either.

    Just keep in mind these are essentially re-assembled from piles of K98 parts, electropencilled, scrubbed receivers, pinged Nazi markings, and covered with horrific varish :o

    I got my K98 from AIM it wasn't in that bad of shape, yeah the numbers dont match, still has most of the markings stock finish isn't to bad, I did get mine about 2 years ago though and paid the extra $10 for hand select. :o
