Been lurking here on F&N for quite a bit. Time to finally stop bullshitin' and take care of business. STATS: 4/17/07 Height: 5'10 Weight: 260 Age: 34 BF% too insanely high to even post I will guess high 30s (yes I am a fat fooker) Short term goals (less than 1 yr) Bench 225 Squat 300 DL 350 Get under 200lbs BF down to 15% My motivation....sick of being an old fat dude....that and I want to teach my 5yr old early in life the importance of getting and staying fit. Plan on doing a 5x5 routine to get my strength up and adjust from there. Non lifting days will be intense cardio. I know some have said that cardio isn't all that needed while on a hardcore 5x5, but I feel at my size the cardio is pretty much mandatory. Diet will be kept pretty much clean without going insane.
