    I have a chance to pick up a Mateba Carbine in 454. Good price, amazing condition. Only thing is I can't get an answer on if the fucking thing is fucking legal in fucking Califuckingfornia!

    FUCK!

    I hate this fucking state. :ugh2:

    Hunting in CA is alot different. Really do I get of a shot further then 75-80 yards, unless I'm deer hunting in the high sierras.

    I don't see why it would not be legal in CA. It is not a pistol, and does not qualify as a assualt weapon because it is not named and has only one evil feature (pistol grip). I would say your good to go.

    The tricky part is to find a local FFL to transfer it for you. Which honestly they should have no problem doing if they are up to date on what is allowed. With the OLL thing they should be experts because of all the wackyness in demand otherwise they would be leaving money on the table (not really good business sense).
