Just peeled off a chunk of my ankle and instep.
I hate when I get it on the top of my feet
thats why i hate taking time off the gym. I know for the next 2-3 weeks showers are going to be hell once i get back. after a month or so the top of my feet gets to its usual leathery state where i can probably drag them out of a moving car on top of concrete and i wouldn't get a scratch
Since I very very rarely roll in a gi, when I do the tops of the first knuckle of all my fingers gets blistered and burned.

I got into the shower and thought "why the hell do my feet hurt so much?!"
Then I noticed I was missing some skin.
Can't. It's in the dojo on the tatami mats. I'd get my head beaten in if I wore shoes on the mats.
Yea.. makes wearing shoes hurt.
I've got a scar on my hand from mat burn. Shit sucks.
