    I have wondered about this and have not been able to find an answer yet...


    does the amount you masterbate, when (before/after a workout), or anything relating to masterbation affect your performance in the gym or building muscle, etc? Thanks guys

    i think if you jack off like 3 or 4 times the night before working out, and you work out in the mornings, it might have a negative effect on your workout

    why would it be a joke? i heard when you cum it releases certain chemicals in your body.. im not sure what.. im seriously tryin to figure out like for example

    say im going to work out in 2 hours, and i jerk it. would this decrease my workout intensity or gains in anyway? versus jerking it the night before and then getting up and lifting a few hours after i wake up
