Well, I've been browsing this forum long enough, and I guess its bout time to start a log on here. My training style is low volume, as I am a big advocate of "less is more", so no doubt this will probably be the most boring log on here.

Well, my goals have changed, now I care a lot more about the science behind training and various changes in ROM and rep scheme. I've mentioned before that I perform everything in the 80% rep range, which is more of a TUT type style.

Felt pretty good when I went to the gym, but started getting dry mouth shortly after starting my workout, I hope I'm not getting sick. :(

    Today was Back/Chest/Calves

    Back:
Trying a new variation of pull up, more geared for taller guys, I'm using the 2 support beams on the top of a power rack as my pull up bars and its slightly wider than shoulder width and Im taking a neutral grip, I really like it.
