I need a Marine Pattern Battle Dress Uniform Cap, jacket, pants. Size "L" (I guess), with name tag (I'll PM the name) and branch tag and other badges/insignia. Must ship to Germany, I can pay up to 60$ (in case of need 80$) via paypal.

Anyone of you could get that stuff easily? :x: Here in Germany you'll only get cheap copies and replicas. I hope there is someone out there who could easily get that stuff.

Dude buy the unofficial stuff if u HAVE to have it, its the same pattern same material just without the EGA embedded, ur gonna be HARD pressed to find a way to get the real deal since even the neck tag says "MADE FOR US MARINES ONLY", not sure if u can get in trouble for it either, so just get the civi version that super joe hunter down the street wears.

Yea... unless you plan on forking over some nice amounts of cash I won't give you a Marine Corps uniform with an EGA on it.

Maybe it's just me, but all kinds of red flags popped up in my mind when I read this. So you pretty much want to look exactly like a US Marine on active duty... :squint:

Lol Ranger that reminds me of another board I go to where a dispute over tactical aircraft between a noob student pilot and someone from BFE speaking broken engrish. Needless to say they made a few new friends from a couple of different 3 letter organizations. :mamoru:

:mamoru: ok, like I thought. Well, this is pretty weird because even if I was a terrorist or a spy or something like that I wouldn't ask for stuff on an Internet board. :mamoru:

And by the way, you can easily get everything I just listed in the US without having anything to do with the USMC. I have a 3col desert BDU sun hat and pants here, and these ARE originals. Well ok, thanks for the info and :wtc:.

yes u can have the real deal but once u put the U.S. Marines or U.S. Army tape on it thats when you start breaking regulations AND THE LAW. you can wear real deal uniforms but you can NOT have ANYTHING that is military insignia on it. Unit patches, skill badges, branches nametape, rank. you cant have any of that on it. wearing it plain is fine though, but you will look like and called a tool or poser for sure.

Sounds to me like this guy either:

    A) has an airsoft/paintball tournament coming up and wants to look cool, or
    B) is a poser

Against the LAW wherever... it's not authorized. It falls under the UCMJ.

I don't know what his citizenship status is, but I highly doubt a civilian can be charged under the UCMJ in Germany.

Either way... it's illegal... No matter what country you are in you can not impersonate a Uniformed member of any American Armed Service member... period.

If you were indeed authorized to wear it, you could order it yourself.

Like others have stated, if you're not a Marine or Sailor working with Marines, no one would risk mailing you official uniform items.

BTW, why do you want them?

So far it's just question(s) asked and answer(s) given. If/when it becomes a debate I'll move it to DIAC.
