its taking forever to load here at work, paste that shit son
... i wanna see naggers, copy n paste that shiet
Normally I'd say fuck the press and the drama.. but that's a SHITLOAD of "alleged incidents" in such a short period of time. This guy must have been on a rampage from the zero dark to lights out.
i thought marines were supposed to be hardcore
One thing is to train and discipline motherfuckers.. another thing is just being fucking retarted.
does anyone know this DI?
I'd like to know what the exact "crimes" were.. so much of the military is wussed out any more that it is just sad.
Not saying this guy is not a twat, just would like to know more.
sucks... unless he was really abusing them (which no injuries says what...) then i can't believe people would rat him out. fucking a
from the sound of it, he probably ratted himself out through his reckless actions.
we had a guy go in a trash can and get pushed around ...
getting hit with a flashlight doesn't sound so bad either ....
225 counts sounds like a lot.... but the ones they listed don't sound so bad...
There better be some more serious charges than getting hit with a flashlight and getting put in a trashcan.
One day in boot camp I was really mad because of some business at home with the girlfriend, and I was being stupid and got in trouble.
I had to hide in the trash can and greet everyone who came through the door by jumping up and shouting "Groucho is having a bad daaaayyy!"
And I had to sleep with the garbage bucket on my bed once since I wanted to leave the plastic wrappers underwear comes in under my rack. They were convinced I wanted to live in trash
Anyways, all sounds like normal shit to me.
Oh... plus i'd rather get hit than pitted any day of the week
I went through Navy boot 3 years ago. One of our brother divisions' RDCs (DI for the rest) always called everyone a retard and I laughed inside because he was Jamaican and his accent was funny. I never thought anything of it but apparently right before we graduated, there was a big fight in their head. Some guys came in to investigate and when they asked if anyone had anything to say, some kid raised his hand and told them about this guy calling him a retard. The RDC lost his red rope (DI status, whatever) and was relocated, all for calling someone a retard
The worst thing I ever saw in boot camp was the forced canteens until they puked and one motherfucker flying over a rack and hitting the next. Oh yeah, and the punishment with the foot lockers when they were at their heaviest (during firing week).. every motherfucker in that platoon had tears that day and back issues for days after. We got FUCKED up by this crazy SOB.
One of the guys on my officer training course injured his knee on a ruck march in the middle of the night. When he told staff he couldn't run on it they gave him a bunch of shit for it and made him run anyway (we still had our rucks). His knee is fucked for life now ... all for a stupid basic course. He's not the only one I've seen shit like that happen to either. I think the problem we have here is not so much with mental abuse but just how retarded all the staff are about injuries.
NCOs are not doctors. I got in a shitload of trouble for pointing that out less than tactfully once when I was ordered to take a PT test on profile.
oh... here's some motrin
oh you broke your leg? heres some 800mg motrin take it youll be ok!
so any pics of this guy? I'm sure it'll be on Marine Times
Edit: It's on Marine Times' website, but no picture.
LOL, I remember this. They would make you chug all the water in the canteens, and to make sure you were hydrating, make you run to the head fill up the canteens and do it all over again several times.
DI's would make recruits shake their canteens to make sure they were full. I pulled a fast one though, by not filling the canteens at all! So when I shook my canteen it wouldnt swish , making it seem it was full. Of course I would still hydrate, but I wouldnt be puking !
