    How bad is it when you're trying to build muscle? I know it's better than drinking alcohol atleast...

    it's harsh on the lungs so it's not exactly good for general health, but I don't think it affects muscle growth at all....

    I've been thinking about the same thing... my roommate and I were discussing the absurd amount of alcohol we drink every weekend. then again, I remember when I started smoking senior year of high school and how completely lazy and useless I became. being on academic probation right now, blazin isnt a smart choice :o

    neither are good for you. pot effects are decreased lung capacity and munchies (good for bulking)

    Alcohol has a of cals and it suppresses test production.

    Ideally you should stop both. But if I had to suggest one, I'd pick the pot.

    When I was a pothead, going to the gym was THE last thing I wanted to do. I just wanted to listen to music, eat, shoot pool, etc. Laid back stuff like that, not busting ass in the gym.

    it's really really hard to push yourself to do anything hard for the first few days after smoking weed

    marijauna sucks. the 3 times I tried it, almost no matter how much I smoked... never managed to get high

    waste of hurting my lungs

    The first time I smoked i didn't really get baked either. But the second time, I was freaking paralyzed.

    the first time I smoked, this dude rolled a blunt just for me.. said it was time to break me in. I never felt so close to death before.

    But now its all good ;)

    I didn't get high till about the fifth time I tried it, and oh god was it sweet. I go on a date with Mary Jane all the time now. :cool:

    My Buddy and I used to smoke all the time right before the gym. Then we hit it hard with weights and runing. I would not suggest it but it does not make me lazy.
