Just eat more? Anybody know a good routine out there that combines the two? I've searched around, there's several, I just dunno what's decent.

It is going to be highly dependant on three keys things.
    1. How fast do you want to finish in?
    2. What is your current height and weight?
    3. How long do you have to train before the race?

im working this program right now...

run every other day, and 1 day rest in a week (sat or sun)
weights 5x a week, on running days do upper body shit

for diet, keep the diet same all other hours except the night before the morning run, i carb up by an extra 100-150g or more depending on distance. On days i run twice, prior to second run i carb up a little more also fir the night run 50-100g

so i keep 200g protein / 200g carb / 40g fat ratio normally, just add ~100g carbs 3-12 hours before the run

can always check my training log... this is my first marathon, i only ran an offical 5k so far. hope to finish with 6mph (10kph ) pace
