What kind of split are the manual labor guys on here doing? I work at a moving company for the summer and some days i'll get worked hard and others i'll just feel like i'm wasting away.

When I worked at a moving company my routine consisted of working all day, eating, and going to sleep. Trying to lift heavy while doing that would've smoked my ass.

:werd: thats how it is some days, but sometimes i'll go a whole week without lifting anything heavy. The first 3-4 weeks I worked here I was working 12-16 hour days and lifting 600 lb crates with 2 to 3 people, now we're not doing shit.

I actually do shit like that intentionally, but come on, its still not like lifting until the rare times we have marble slates, fridges, etc.

Plus, half the moves we do are commercial moves where they have freight elevators so we use dolleys. Its kind of hard to convince somebody to walk a 600 lb crate with me instead of tossing it on a dolley We only get residentials on the weekends for the most part.

Working all day lifting shit and then going to the gym later that night is how i injured my back, i would say wait until summer is over and you get a different job.

:noes: do you think it would be okay to go and just do something similar to christophers base routine on easy days so i could hit the big three?

Most of the shit i do replicates pin pulls or light deadlifts, so hopefully i'm better in the top half of the pull after i get done with this job. :x:

i figured i'd give it a week ro two to get used to working long days before i got back to the gym, but its been at least 4 now.

I love doing residentials because you actually have to carry shit, usually at least one flight of stairs (but not fucking eleven :squint:) and they usually tip pretty well.

Did they tip well or were they stinjy with their money?
