    has been rough ... lots of "back to the drawing board" moments with adjusting my form so it's correct. Kinda frustrating since I was told by some folks that my form was fine before I started, then I found out later by other trainers that it needed work. I hope this next month will bring some bigger gains.

    at the same time, one ought to beware PTs' advice, as frequently they themselves aren't especially knowledgable...

    I've found the best teacher to be exrx (which itself contains errors here and there, like their poor SLDL renditions) and trial and error ;)

    yeah, that's kinda what it feels like right now ... trial and error. i've plateued for a long time because i've had some very wrong ideas about training and form. i'm doing everything i can to fix the problems.
