After one month of bulking and close to 8lbs I can barely even tell the difference. My gains have been awesome, but the only visible difference I see is that my lats are just now starting to get wider and my muscles in general seem "harder." Unfortunately the first couple weeks I don't think I was getting enough protein, but I just about doubled my protein intake over the past week or so. Hopefully I'll see some better improvements over the course if this next month. Currently 6'5" 210lbs, started at right around ~202.
