Man it's hard to track bulking progress when you're already fat.

    After one month of bulking and close to 8lbs I can barely even tell the difference. My gains have been awesome, but the only visible difference I see is that my lats are just now starting to get wider and my muscles in general seem "harder." Unfortunately the first couple weeks I don't think I was getting enough protein, but I just about doubled my protein intake over the past week or so. Hopefully I'll see some better improvements over the course if this next month.

    Currently 6'5" 210lbs, started at right around ~202.

    I'm starting from scratch, so very little of my weight to begin with is muscle.

    2 lbs a week is too much if you want to be gaining strictly LBM

    I'm just taking the easy way out and dirty bulking. :hs: But IMO I still eat pretty clean. Mainly skinless/boneless chicken breast with BBQ sauce, veggies, meatloaf, fishsticks, tuna, oatmeal, eggs, and lots of protein shakes.

    Dirty bulking is fine, but you can only synthesize so much muscle at once.
